Pre-Arrival Orientation & Information Sessions
Prior to arrival, The Asia Institute provides students with information through regular e-mail communications that will help them prepare to make the most of the coming semester. In addition, we host information sessions to answer questions directly from students and parents. -
Orientation & Welcome Reception
The Asia Institute welcomes your students to campus with an initial orientation and safety overview followed by a reception to get acclimated to the surroundings and get to know fellow students and faculty. -
Enrollment Management
The Asia Institute supports enrollment and registration for your students, including course review and approval processes, course assignment, schedule review, and ensures all application requirements with host institutions are met. -
Room & Board
The Asia Institute provides housing for your students delivering students a complete on campus experience. -
Alumni & Academic Engagement Opportunities
The Asia Institute facilitates a unique and engaging semester by incorporating institution-specific activities. These activities include arranging a "buddy program" with your on-campus students, panel discussions outside of the classroom, engagement with alumni living in-country, and other social opportunities to build a sense of community. -
Asia Institute Support Team
The Asia Institute team is on-site to support your students 24/7. In addition to emergency support as required, we arrange monthly required check-in meetings, mobile chat connectivity, along with regular detailed reporting on your student’s wellbeing.
